Flark is a serverless application. The developer of Flark does not operate any backend servers, does not maintain user accounts, and does not receive any telemetry, analytics, crash reports, or user content from the app.
If you configure a WebDAV-backed space, Flark uploads your topics, replies, image blobs, and a per-device event log to the URL you supply, authenticated with the credentials you supply. You are responsible for the privacy policy of that WebDAV service (for example 坚果云 / Nutstore, Nextcloud, or a self-hosted server). Flark itself never sees or proxies this traffic.
Flark contains no third-party SDKs, no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking. The app accesses Apple system APIs (photo library, camera, Keychain, file system) only at your explicit request.
Flark does not knowingly collect any data about anyone, including children under 13.
If this policy changes in a material way, the change will be noted at the top of this page along with the updated date.
